Library - The new library will be a modern learning zone with a state-of-the-art homework centre, on-line and exhibition facilities for the whole community.
Health Clinic - The new health clinic will provide improved clinical and specialist dental facilities.
'Citizone' Point of Presence - Citizone is a partnership between all of the councils in Bedfordshire who are working to deliver fast, easy, accurate and accountable public services to citizens and businesses in Bedfordshire, including health and emergency services.
Public Conveniences - The new public conveniences will provide toilets up to the British Toilet Association's 'Comfort Station' standard and will include full access WCs, baby changing facilities, showers and an attendant's office.
Lower School - A new all-weather playground and games area is proposed together with additional classroom floorspace. A new carpark with improved access is also proposed.
